1. Scope
Applies to paid Pro, Elite, Quant, and institutional tiers that reference this SLA. Free/demo access is best-effort unless agreed in writing.
2. Availability targets
- Pro: 99.5% monthly uptime
- Elite / Quant: 99.7% monthly uptime
- Institutional: 99.9% monthly uptime (contractual; signed HA evidence required)
3. Support response
P1 platform-down: 4h (Pro), 2h (Elite/Quant), 1h (Institutional). Support: mopayment1@gmail.com, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Cairo Time daily. Urgent: subject prefix URGENT.
4. Governing law
This SLA is governed by the Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
5. Dispute resolution
Good-faith negotiation via published support channels within 30 days; then exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
