Code enables high concurrency (Postgres pool, Redis-shared login RL, multi-worker k8s).
Proven HA still requires a signed Postgres+Redis multi-worker row in
docs/LOAD_TEST_RUN_LOG.md. Soft Launch SQLite is demo-only.
