File a complaint about product claims, accuracy, billing, or conduct:
- Email info@blackdark.io with prediction_id / certificate_hash when relevant
- We treat Anti-Hype seriously — prove-it, not trust-me
- For billing, include your account email and checkout reference — never card PAN/CVV
- Product suggestions that are not complaints: /feedback
